ok, so this latest lockdown feels like a punch in the face, no?  And as much as I too am feeling the looming anxiety and depression of a very lonely January I wanted to take a moment to share one of my coping mechanisms.  

The forest is a great place to re-align your mind body and soul.  Gear up to head into the woods and allow yourself to be nurtured by nature. Bring a pocketful of seeds for the birds and a camera as you set out to lose yourself.  Strangely, that's exactly when I find my way.
